| Cognac gravet "Bleke"(dwarfsalmon) A local speciality, from the salmon species who only exists in Byglandsfjord.. The story says the species survived from the iceage, as it was trapped in the lake. The story also states that some locals saved 25 pcs. of the species in a bathtub!, and saved the species from extinction. |
